I'm going to do with 3p1c what I did with Ub3r and remove it from the upgrade options.

The group will remain in users profiles but it will no longer be purchasable. I'm doing this to simplify the upgrade options available to new members hoping they'll be less confused by the choices they face. Some of the features that are part of 3p1c will be moved into either r00t or L33t.

I plan on doing this in 1-3 weeks. So this could be your last chance to grab the group if you're interested. But I must say if you're r00t then likely you won't need 3p1c.

Please note, if you have 3p1c you will not lose the existing features you have or the userbar.

Yeah, r00t and 3p1c were pretty similar. I believe it should help new members decide what they like better.

I doubt they will add a new upgrade, since he did mention the features of 3p1c will be merged into either r00t or 133t, and also so new members dont get confused when trying to upgrade their accounts.

It will not be replaced with a cheaper group. If anything group prices will increase.

I think a simple 2 tier upgrade system is more than enough. Likely a new member won't even see the r00t upgrade option until they are actually in the l33t group.

With 3p1c and Ub3r removed it's only a matter of time before I get rid of l33t too. :) Won't that be something.

i think thats a good choice, from what i have noticed anyways alot of members on there first upgrade get L33t anyways, i got l33t firstly then R00t but i bought 3p1c just to have it, good choice on removing it tho.

theres a good chance if he does get rid of l33t and replace it with a new, it will keep the same color as l33t, i remember reading a post omni made one time before r00t went live saying how he hates having too many different group colors on the forum. But who knows, r00t ended up getting a different color than the other groups anyways, one idea was to keep it the same color as ub3r, but that didnt exactly happen.
