While the 10$ he scammed me out of is not the most important thing to me. He had the intent to scam me twice and I will show you how.
The account was worth 117$ but I sold it for 10 and was going to sell the method for 40 which is where I am getting the price

He did send me pm's saying how he was "so sorry" among many other things it's all just damage control and I'll explain why later but let's get into what happened first.



CONVERSATION KEY HIGHLIGHTS

1.So he contacted me asking me if I had a steak n shake account ready. I told him that I will add some balance to one for him using the algorithm. I added the account details and sent him the account. which he also admitted worked for him.

2. So he admitted that it worked and he payed 10$ for the account so I offered him 10$ off the 50 since he already payed 10$ for the account. This way it would be fair for him as he purchased something I usually give to those I am selling the method to as a way to show them that it works. Then I let them test it out and everything before they buy it. He is the one who wanted to buy an account which I sold to him for 10$.

3. He received the account and everything and used it. He told me he wanted to buy so I asked for him to send me the payment. He then sent payments on google pay once again for 40$. When he sent me the payment the payment for 10$ yesterday I checked on it and it was still pending so I asked him if I could wait until the 40$ payment was sent to actually teach him considering I already gave him 117$ for free at this point. He think became angry and accused me of "playing games". Note he has given me zero dollars yet he has the audacity to demand me to give him a product after I already gave him 117$ for free.

4. He then canceled the payment which I was fine with but also canceled the 10$ payment. To anyone who has used google pay you have to confirm before you refund or cancel a transaction. He started sending me pm's about how he didn't scam and and blah blah blah. I then started to make a community alert thread on him and I clicked enter by mistake but edited it quickly to try to prevent him from seeing it. A few minutes after the thread was posted he sent me a pm saying "he was so so sorry" and that he sent me 10$ again since he was wrong for refunding it and gave me a bullshit story about how he "chargedback by accident". For 1. google pay gives you a conformation for refunding and cancelling transactions so there's no way in hell you "chargedback by accident". This was all clearly DAMAGE CONTROL and I'll explain why in a second. After he sent me the 10$ payment a while later he refunded it ONCE AGAIN and then began to sales trash on my thread. So even if his story about somehow was true about him "confirming cancelling both transactions" He still sent 10$ as DAMAGE CONTROL and refunded that 10$ an hour or so later then started sales trashing my thread.

KEY THINGS HE DID WRONG

1. Scamming me. He scammed me over a 10$ account and had the intent to scam me for 40 more$

2. Damage control. He saw that I was posting a community alert and then sent me 10$ on google play.

3. Refunding his "apology money" then sales trashing on my thread

4. Intent to scam. You have to confirm when you refund or cancel on google pay. Even if he somehow clicked "yes I confirm" twice he still sent me 10$ then refunded it and started sales trashing. He also asked to get the method for free multiple times and attempted to manipulate me

1. Asked about if we should use a contract because I wasn't familiar with it. He then said "He's not sure how it works" even though he has over B ratings so he's had at least 10 contracts this

At the very least he was flat out lying about not knowing about contracts and at the very worst he told me that so he could chargeback and I wouldn't have a contract to dispute with.

The transaction was always on pending so I never actually received any money for the 117$. So no he scammed me out of 117$. Just because the agreed upon price was 10$ doesn't mean that 117$ in steak n shake is any less than 117$.

BUT, as the other user who posted stated, just because the account had $117 on it, that's not what you were scammed out of. You were scammed out of $10 because you agreed on the cost of that account that had $117 to be $10. Then he took the account, verified it working, and then cancelled the payment.
You were also attempted scammed of $40, but luckily you did not give him the method.
The only way you'd be scammed out of the $117 on that account is if you put your own $117 on it, which I highly doubt happened. You can't claim scammed from money you didn't personally lose in this instance.

The higher the amount doesn't mean it's taken more seriously. He scammed you $10, which, imo, is more pathetic by a long shot. Risk your entire account over a $10 Steak N Shake account... lol.

Also, do you have proof that's his Discord? I'm sure it is, but other people will probably ask for the proof. Very odd that he didn't wanna do a contract, but that goes to show the importance of doing them on here cus if he scams w a contract on-site he could end up banned. But now he'll just fly under the radar.

You chargeback the 10$. Now you are saying in pm's that you didn't chargeback the 10$ yet in previous pm's you admitted to it. You can't keep your story straight.

If the payments were pending, what was the issue in waiting for them to be confirmed? OP wanted to avoid exactly what ended up happening, you cancelling the payments.
