WebSEC is willing to help hackers who want to make the next step (turn ethical).
Likewise we are not looking for BH hackers unless they want to make these changes.

We are not a government agency, WebSEC just performs penetration tests for them from time to time and submits vulnerabilities to their Responsible Disclosure program 🙂
