Edit: Make sure that steam gift card is able to work world wide. I don't know if it will work if I used VPN.

your best bet would probably be just to use paypal to add 5$ to each account, Then you can use the 5$ to buy 2 csgo keys and sell them for 2$ each essentially paying 1$ per account so it would cost you 15$ in total. As i assume you are just doing it to remove the friend restriction etc.

Yeah I thought of that for TF2 keys. But currently these accounts are still new , I'll still need to wait for 15 days etc. I rather just get $5 steam card for $3.

atleast that way you dont have to worry about any of the codes not working or etc, things that will most likely happen and end up in losing more than you would have liked.

I believe there is another way to buy the keys that doesn't use the community market. I know in game on csgo you can buy them directly so there may be a direct link or something to that .

CSGO keys in my country's currency is much more expensive than TF2 keys though. I can get TF2 keys much more cheaper if you want?
