The 10 bytes is insane. Cant believe omni did it to be honest.

Many gamble their Bytes away in slots or blackjack. And so let's say that there has been an extra 4000 posts in the past 10 hours since I implemented this. That represents an extra 20,000-30,000 Bytes into the market. Hardly a massive sum when you consider we have 2 million Bytes in circulation.

There will be a lot of shitposting in the lounge side of the forum, but I'm sure most people will save their bytes for something else other than money at this point. :)

Sure, we'll get some extra Lounge posting but I'm seeing other forum activity too. And I do think a lot of members will save their Bytes as they are realizing that we have plans beyond gambling games.

I cannot wait for the upcoming plans with bytes. They do certainly seem promising.
