Got scammed by guy, he negs my contract rating, but he scammed me. I don't feel like I should get a negative when I fulfilled my end of the deal

Open a Dispute if he scammed you .
Then as far as i know Invalid scammer reputations are agaisnt HF Rules ( few months ago) I think same goes for Invalid Scammer B rating reputations Report to Factor8™ with Evidence
You should be able to dispute it otherwise, the system won't be clean at all, and probably you'll even lose customers because of that one "fake" negative rating. Anyways, I think it counts as a contract system abuse, which is bannable as far as I know. Hopefully, an admin or staff will check your thread.
I don't know if this is the first time this has happened, but I think if you have a convincing deal dispute open then I don't see why staff wouldn't get involved, at least to the extent of deleting the b rating because otherwise it would really devalue the system.

Current policy dictates that Deal Disputes are invalid if they don't include an HF Contract, so be sure to include the proper material. I have had my dispute up since before he negged me. With enough proof I think. I definitely used HF contract and linked it in the thread. Thank you for the reply |
