Hey people, im looking into buying a new mac and i dont know if i should buy the new macbook air or pay $350 more to get the macbook pro?

If I had a choice I would get the Pro. Of course it depends on your financial situation.

I just got my new macbook air and i'm loving it.! but if you are a pro user and do a lot of editing stuff go for pro.!

If it's only for coding, the Air is honestly enough (except if you will code huge programs).

But it will shows some difficulties if you are looking for photo/video editing.

I use a MacBook air 2013. Does everything I need. Can still code. If you can afford it upgrade to a pro. Otherwise any MacBook air will do.

Well, what would you use it for? Thats the main deciding factor.

If you're not doing heavy duty editing or production then you dont need a pro etc etc
