Description
User is selling a method to make a Google/ Facebook/ Instagram Advertising account with spendable balance. User never sends the method and ignores further pms.

Haha, Sometimes the possibility of a actual working method is worth the risk. Normally I pay 90$ for such accounts he is selling a method for and those get sometimes banned immediately.
