On August 11th I received a form through email on which Noah (Barb) (his paypal account: [email protected]) and I would sign our agreement upon the deal, the recovery of my twitter account. The deal was mainly done through discord. Throughout the document, one can see the process and how the deal should be taken care of ( https://prnt.sc/lgxlzy). Only though I had to resend the payment 3 times, due to a wrong transaction option (G&S) and some problems Noah claimed to be having with his PayPal account, from which I got refunded 2 times. Noah seemed very friendly and reliable as well as some of his contacts, people I knew I could trust who vouched for him. Only after approximately two months of the supposed 12 days, he started acting suspicious and claimed to have been monitored by FBI and more of this nonsense. Had I realized sooner that this was all a trick from him to get more time, I'd have opened the dispute earlier. Last time I heard a messaged from him was on the 10th of October. Now he has just been ignoring me on discord, while you can clearly see he is indeed online on this forum, disappeared with my $100.
I'm positive that he won't bother to respond here, just in case he does and staff need more information I'd be happy to provide it.
A dispute is not valid without a contract. Sorry for your loss, doubt you're gonna get it back.

No contract for this dispute?

Why don't you open dispute thru PayPal?
And why would you send the money as F&F when he's clearly providing a service.

Honestly I don't know what to tell you, it was supposed to be sent that way. As to the money thingy I'm well aware I will not get it back. I just seek justice for this guy so he won't get to steal from more people, or at least make it harder for him.

Well you have nothing to lose, open up the dispute and explain everything, don't try to be one of those people who think you'll win the dispute if you say "oooh yes my PC got hacked". Please.
Unfortunately, this dispute is not considered as 'valid' and is probably going to get closed because you didn't use the contract when making a deal/sending a payment.

I already have opened a dispute with PayPal, thanks for the advice but what I don't get is why they won't get punished from this forum. It may not be a "contract" as in hackforums but it definatelly is a contract that we both signed electronically, I have every confirmation I could possibly need, ranging from chat messages to an invitation to the document form. Ignoring this would be remiss!

While I'm not the one that is making the rules, I would simply suggest you to use a contract next time you deal/exchange with someone so in case someting goes wrong, you can open up deal dispute and it will be valid (since you initiated a contract before).
There is a sticky thread that says all DD (Deal Dispute) threads require contract and it was made by site owner - Omniscient.

I have been told that a few dozen times already.. but don't you find it surprising how he is freely browsing the website with no problems. I spoke with him and explained a bunch of different ways we could resolve the situation with the FBI above his head, nothing illegal or dangerous. I'd like to see him defend himself or even better actually resolve this, so please if you've heard of him let me know.

What's done is done and I'm not blaming anybody for this but myself. I should be more careful next time. However, I suppose some negotiation should be made. Thank you once again for your help, you've been the most helpful throughout this mess that I made and I will definitely consider your advice, if a next time occurs.
