With the influx of codes being redeemed wouldn't Google realize something isn't right?

As far as I'm aware most of the codes are from legitimate Spotify accounts so in theory Google doesn't think anything is wrong. Unless spotify is closing accounts, Google has no reason to not honor their codes.
