Typically you are not supposed to discuss programs that are designed for malicious use and fraud.

this is not right. this are hacking tools and not actually meant for fraud. all hack tools including a simple stealer can be used for fraud too
same thing with keyloggers etc. this is hacking forum and the warning of total user responsibility should be forewarned.
also we have TOS to advice users not to use for fraud. exploits, keyloggers, stealers, rats etc are all hack tools and can also be used for fraud , it all depends on the user not to use for fraud. all hacking tools are malicious !

Simple HF TOS will never hold up in court. Look at Nanocore and KFC Watermelon. They always had it in their TOS yet were arrested. A TOS without any legality to back it up is just some words you wrote down. I agree anything can be used for fraud but some programs have specific features for this and hence why it is banned to talk about them.

Or simply because the cracked version of the builder , is not Leaked yet . but you can find the sources of the panel for free ? (probably backdoored but it's only php so .. ) . Google is your friend . ?
