I found this pretty cool GIF that I would like to use as my avatar.
I tried uploading it but as you can see it's just a static image.

Why is that?

Jesus, that would be one annoying avatar.  It's probably the photo size though.

Edit: The maximum size is 100kb and that gif is 614kb.
