Basically, gov increased fuel price and stuff, so people are angry (it's like an accumulation. They increase this, that, this, etc... so at one point people start getting angry), so they're manifesting. BUT as every manifestation, some assholes come and start destroying things, burning things, etc. It's like that all the time.
