You need to right click on the file to get a direct link on ge.tt

If you are using malware dropbox would not be advisable considering they scan files, also the script posted works fine with facebook as long as your using a domain which is not blacklisted or listed as malicious. You can use lets encrypt to add ssl cert to your domain and then it will help you get around facebook's security a little.

It is actually not "okay" if the files are scanned. The more scans on the file, the quicker the file becomes detectable. You NEED to avoid all sites and sources that distribute...

Also the developers all recommend and hardly write that this is not allowed. This causes more problems than you think.

Just think of it like this, no distribute and less scans on file = longer UD time.

The only solution is to create your own scanning service. As stated above. A lot of problems shouldn't exist; but they are there to be solved.
