Description
So this user had a programming service and the deal was that he was to complete four programs, I paid him upfront stupidly. After waiting two months and no updates/contact for most the time I am getting frustrated and in terms to get this resolved I have taken further step after not being able to reach the seller again. He also stated in the contract he sent me the files/attempted to and was going to send them last Thursday. No response since/nor did I receive the updates he said he did. All I have is a program that has four buttons that do nothing for $200 BTC and over 1 month and 21 days since payment.

Update; seller said he would fix issues this week/last week and still has produced nothing. BEWARE OF USER TILL THIS IS CLOSED - STILL NO UPDATE/REFUND/PROGRAMS. ALL DISCORD MESSAGES CAN BE PROVIDED TO STAFF. If no resolution to this/contact from user as he keeps logging in via discord and ignoring me as well. I hope staff can take desired actions with proof of deal/loss as it is looking right now.

UPDATE 2 ;
Staff has not done anything about this user yet, he is still operating on forums here. Still no updates/running programs as discussed in contract. This is clearly all this dude does for a living. I sent him an anonymous email stating I would publish his details online due to his scamming and increase everyone's warning about this user "Dean" - his real name and just got the most brain numbing reply and this should clearly prove the user has no intentions on completing my programs, nor refunding me and just added me to ignore list so he can continue to scam member's on these forums thinking I won't stop calling him out/nor post his info due to him scamming me and other member's.

Thank you for the respect for once, I did not mean to interfere with your PM's/messages/name etc. I am just trying to get my money back or products fixed so I can continue on with my own needs of business. I hope this settlement has had no affection on our relationship/ if we even do have one. And hope me and you are on good terms for future connections and etc.

Update: Dec 6th 2018 now, last week the accused said he would provide files Monday-Tuesday this week via discord (quote him from HF; thursday via contract). Was online 1 hour ago, still no update nor update on refund.

If programs aren't completed and sent today or refund isn't processed- I will need the administrators (Omni) to deal with this since I have seemed to do everything in my power to get the services I have paid upfront for. Nor did I receive a message yesterday as promised from user if programs were NOT completed refund would be discussed on Wednesday December the 5th 2018.

Admins can you push this, I have contacted him multiple times via discord and he just keeps going offline. Was promised the files to be finished, Monday, Tuesday and again no update or msg now.
