Hello,

I bought MANGOCRYPTER on 11/11/2018, this encrypter promises to protect applications, however when I first use it, my file is detected at 10/23 detections, I am not the only user in the same case and this would come from a problem with encryption (MSIL detections), I contacted Pronouncer who was supposed to perform an update the next day, the update was released on 28/11/2018 (17 days after !), I put the problem on the official topic of the encrypter, except that the seller closed his topic, I now find myself with nothing with a product that does not work at all, I would like to be refunded thank you, I gave all the evidence in the following screenshots:

Completely unrelated but I hope this gets solved if its true. Pronouncer seemed to be a good guy, no personal opinion, just observation.

Have you tried resolving this issue with the Pronouncer himself? I'm sure he can help you out with this issue.

1. "my file is detected at 10/23 detections" Most of those detections come from your stub itself causing issues, no crypter can FUD every single stub if your not using shit leached malware its easier to get fud, infact at that same time you crypted your file i responded with a fresh scan and only had 1 detection.
2. As for the updates, We did push updates, just didnt update the message as me and my dev have been working hard to write a fresh USG.
3. The thread was closed till we fixed hte update bug, which my developer is in the process of doing, and has already helped 2 people fix it.
4. Why would i close the thread while i have a sticky unless its to stop pruchasing during downtime so that they dont get upset, things happen, we are using a completly new license system and a memory load injection yes there was a bug but its litteraly being fixed as we speak.
5. Its way to late at night, i will talk to my dev tomorow and sort this
6. On the thread i have already stated everyone will be compensated for the downbtime.

He messaged me a few hours, saying he had a problem. Keep in mind i got home from uni 2 hours ago after my exams, and now am only at a proper PC, not on my phone. Its 11pm and i gotta be up at 5am. The user couldnt wait 24 hours for the update to be fixed.

Just using your screen shots alone and a few google searches I can tell you have aggressively spread this binary.
Your complaining about detection's but your files listed on virtually every single scanner site I can come across.
