Doesn't bother me or change anything IMO if he used a template or not. It's a great submission and as long as he has rights to the template and credited the author it's fine.

I have nothing against him or his submission i even mentioned that he has my vote to win this whole contest, him and Mr.Robot.
I asked him if he created it himself or if he used a template and he said that he used a template and he edited it.

I'm also one of those members trying to help out HF by purchasing multiple donation awards and by inviting friends to this community and have them upgrade to L33T even before they made an introduction thread.
I've also applied an animated promotional video in this contest to help out HF, i could have gone for a zoom in/out on a white piece of paper like some people did but i didnt.
