So I just came back after 6 months to actually be happy with the changes.
I also noticed I didn't have the new "root" userbar on my profile. So today I went to actually upgrade to ensure all the features I could get were available so I know i'm not missing out and it says I'm already apart of the "Root" usergroup.

Am I just missing something that was said prior or is this an actual bug?

As you are UB3R you are unable to upgrade to R00T, they have the same privileges

They don't actually have the same privileges, but you're still not allowed to become R00T if you're already an UB3R.

They used to be able to see bans.php but Riyu messed something up and now no one can see that.

R00T can make lotteries and there are plans for some more features in the future which MAY be R00T specific.

I think ub3rs and r00t should be equal since they are highest paid acc's.

I agree. Or at least have the option for UB3R's to purchase ROOT. Because I legit was curious why I couldn't buy it.

I think there is no option cuz ub3r and r00t are the same groups by most of features except bytes related ones which should be granted to both groups.

This. Im guessing it simply means that you cant use r00t. Because your current user groups.
