Description

We started a contract on 10th december. The deal was that I will get 4x $119agc via gift of prime and in return I will pay him $324 btc. Because he has vouches and I am new I went first and sent him 0.093 btc.
After confirmation he sent me a message containing 4 amazon gift of prime links. When I opened them they were already redeemed by someone else. I complained to pogoz and he told me that he will talk to amazon and as soon as refund comes he will send me agc.
On wednesday he said that amazon has refunded him. As I was little busy I told him that please transfer agc to me tomorrow via teamviewer.
On thursday I messaged him, he did not replied. I messaged him again on friday, this time he replied that he was busy and he will deliver my order today.
He did not delivered my order. Now today is saturday and he has again stopped replying to me.
He comes online and goes offline but ignores my message.

Pogoz wants to close the dispute first and then he will send me agc.
When I said no he said he will deal with another user's dispute first.

Also, do not close the dispute until you are paid by him. Him holding your money ransom is bullshit.

Actually contacted him several hours ago requesting more AGC. Super thankful he never replied.

I hope it's just a misunderstanding and you can get your funds returned.
