That page is setup to help new members find the correct forum category to create a thread into.

It should only give you suggestions for forums you can post threads into. The choosing of Market/Non-Market will also divide up the suggestions and display to you the appropriate forum categories.

Lately we seem to have issues with new members not knowing where to post and MyBB hides the New Thread button if you're in a forum without permission. New members simply don't think they can find it and are puzzled. I really hope this feature fixes the problem.

Give it a try and feel free to provide feedback. It will not be perfect but from my testing I think it's pretty good.

We will be adding a Quick Thread link to all pages very soon which will be a small icon on the top right of the page.

It may be my screen size/resolution, but for it being such a discrete button I feel like it's sitting a bit far out in left field. However. if I shrink my browser window down to half my screen's width, it is definitely more noticeable.
