Can someone explain this a little to me, ive never understood this whats the catch

pay .6 get 2.5 seems like there has to be more to it, do i need to actually stream? Does twitch watch these closely and shut them down?

You not only have to be affiliated or partnered, but you also have to wait 45 days to get your check. Also, twitch does monitor these- but it's not exceedingly hard to bypass it. I've cashed out hundreds of dollars in subs. You just have to not be obvious with it as well, especially if you have a couple hundred worth.
