Description
This user was selling 3 $10 iTunes cards and 2 $25 Amazon cards, we talked on discord and came to the agreement that I would pay $48 on PayPal. I sent him the money and he claims to be looking for the codes and now he won't answer dms.

OP you should do some research before buying anything on HF, there are 3 open disputes against this user so why would you buy anything from him? and sorry for your loss
People will scam for nothing these days, it's sad.
Sadly I got scammed from him today.I am new so I didn't saw it coming until it was too late. I didn't even created a contract as I didn't knew it before.Lost my hard-earned money(52.5$) 😟

UPDATE: Opened a dispute on him on PayPal, and then he escalated it and today I got an email saying that he has sent "proof" of delivery of the gift cards (which is a lie because I haven't received anything and he should have no proof whatsoever).
After receiving the email, he dms me on discord after asking me to close the dispute. https://prnt.sc/m46p16
He claims that PayPal will rule in his favor since it's a digital good.
Any predictions or advice on how to win this dispute? What should I do?
