People I know that this person is a scammer, because he has a dozens of deal disputes, but I am posting this deal dispute to let the Admins know that I think it is a time to give a ban to this person.

If you aren't willing to resolve the issue and speak with the member then it looks bad on your end and he will most likely not get banned as he is attempting to resolve it.
