I have a received a vouch copy from OP, and read through the ebook thoroughly, here are my thoughts.
The ebook goes into multiple methods to earn money, none of these are really new concepts, in fact I personally use a couple of these methods already before reading the ebook. I will say that these methods are very legit methods of earning money, nothing blackhat.
That being said, these methods are not for anyone who wants to get rich quick (as stated by OP). These methods will involve some investment, a lot of research (some of the methods), and a lot of effort/time. Again, a few of these things I already do, and to me they are great ways to earn money since you can put as much time/effort as you want, and you'll see the returns based on your efforts.
400$ a week is definitely achievable, but once again, you'll need some money to start with, and it might take a bit of time to get things going.
The ebook itself leaves a bit to be desired, in my opinion the ebook is more of a testimonial of the methods from the OP, and there is room for more specific instructions/examples. If you buy this ebook, be prepared to spend time doing your own research, as I wouldn't recommend going into some of these methods without the proper research.
