I know this is a bit late of a response, and I want to pay full respect to the McCormick family. I've been listening to mac miller my whole childhood and when he passed it was devastating to me. I heard the drama about Ariana Grande having an impact on mac miller's death but I didn't really care, all I was thinking at the time was how we just lost someone so young and talented and for his family members and how dearly he will be missed.

Well, I was listening to one of his songs the other day on my spotify. And in the lyrics it said, "Now when you lay in my arms the pain goes away, euphoria".

Now mac miller was found dead in his home from an overdose on Fentanyl - an opioid painkiller that produces a short-lived euphoria.

He was suffering from drug addiction for a while now, and what after Ariana Granda did maybe the pain was just too unbearable.

Maybe if he had gotten a call or even a text message that day saying how much he is appreciated and loved he wouldn't have been found dead that day.

I pay all respects to both parties and if you have someone suffering from an opioid addiction remember to tell them how much they are appreciated how much they mean to you and how much they are loved.

Yeah, he's always had a bad drug addiction, but after what she did I think the pain was just too unbearable. Was it entirely her fault? No. But I believe it could have been prevented if someone reached out to him in time.

But I think he intended to get as fucked up as possible. Most likely due to Arianna about to get married.
