I was able to get a reverse on the payment via my bank. If you paid family and friends and payed via debit, credit, or bank transfer you should be able to contact your respective branch and they will handle a dispute for you. I called paypal to confirm this would not put my account in the negative. I would highly suggest you contact paypal too to confirm first so you have verbal confirmation - but I would highly suggest doing this as I don't anticipate this user giving the money back.

Description
As a couple users have already stated yesterday, this member has not given any help with mentoring with his product.
Not only that, but his product was advertised as white hat when it clearly was extortion in regard to the United State laws.
He kept saying he was busy helping other customers, and quite frankly I was going to do my own spin off his method once he set up the method for me to make it white hat, and still, he failed on his end to complete support, yet offered to do it for me for $25 more dollars.
I offered him to give me a refund since it seemed he had a lot on his plate, but no dice. Then yesterday I offered him 24 hours to refund. It's been 23.. but after logging on and seeing he now has 2 open disputes about this product I'd say it's fair to just get this done and over with.
