So like technically a thing I got from amazon is broke and because I have 30daus to get a new one I mean why not it’s new?

So i messaged the seller and they said that they are sending a replacement it’s in the way......

they said, we kindly ask me to return the item after I get the replacement... um so it’s not a official amazon return so it’s not tracked it don’t count as I’m returning an item as I didn’t click return

so like I could keep the item on theory right? I mean I’d feel bad doing it but I would have to pay for return label as they said they don’t offer a free one and I could actually fix this broke. One lol I mean would they like send someone round to tell me off for not sending the return?

U might ask why didn’t I just fix the original well as I say I’d rather it guaranteed to work by getting a brand new one but I probably could fix this one

but even then the most thell do is maybe prob not resell as second hand which noone buys that much anyway as its not an expensive thing and plus the set the price so that they dont lose alot too

And bullshit Amazon can offer you a Free Return label on behalf of the market place seller or the Seller directly can offer a label if not then it only costs a few $ to send back dont be so fucking lazy and get off your ass and return it, if you did not ask for the replacement then cancel the replacement ask for a refund and return the item to the person simple. its common sense

Right, if you contacted the seller asking for Advice on a non working product and the Seller cant supply you the help you need of course they will issue you a replacement item now usually that requires you to send the broken item back first in exchange for a new product which is sent to you, i am sorry but i feel like there is more to this than what you say but if you did not ask for a replacement and they issued one to you well the proof of that should be listed in the conversation's you had with the marketplace seller which you should have email copies of.

i suggest you contact amazon support and explain the situation to them and they can email the seller and request a Free return label be provided if you indeed did not ask for the replacement either which way you will need to return either the replacement or the faulty item or your card on file can be charged or your account can be closed.

its not the point the item could be worth $0.20 but you still have to return the faulty item to get a new one. Yes they may dump the item or they may repair it etc but you still have to legally abide by the marketplace Policy, I suggest you get on live chat with amazon and clear the issue up with them and stop being so lazy or be ready to be charged for a 2nd item or have you account closed.
