You are selling domains but we don't actually own them till 60 days because you are using a free account?

Not sure I understand what you mean by free account, like a popular site with a coupon code or bulk pricing but not reseller? If I made a shop that was doing great, how would we know at this moment you would not just cyber squat the domain after 60 days of me building a successful business under your domain soon to be mine. Even if you give out vouches and point the name servers to whatever, we wont really know if you are legit until 60 days has passed?

If I'm wrong please help me understand, I'm interested

I've realized, its actually just a registrar policy. Even if I have some type of upgraded account, it won't make a difference (just checked now). I'm going to update the TCs

You're right with your thinking. You will have to wait out the 60 days.
I will under no circumstances "cyber squat" you. If I do, you can chargeback. I guess that's legitimately the only catch you have to deal with.

I consider myself a very reliable individual. I'm not just going steal someone's hard work.
