They dont even watch disputes etc and just random choose someone to win, they dont give a fck about it. But still a risk of chargeback (Feb 18, 2019 05:25 AM)GIBRALTAR Wrote: i only accept payment sent as F&F ,do i risk a chargeback too? Yes. One of my Paypal got limited because i sold BTC for Paypal. I sold ONLY F&F , but a lot of people chargebacked the funds, and my account got limited.. I woudn't use PayPal anymore since its a retarded company , full scam. You can't do anything once they ask for refund, Paypal mostly give back the funds to buyer. (Feb 18, 2019 07:13 PM)Absołute Wrote: Yes. It is not a scam, you just use it and violate their ToS

I would highly suggest staying way from PayPal. In the past I had my personal account limited with thousands of dollars in it. It took MONTHS for me to finally get my money and I closed my account afterwards. Freaking scam man

They carefully look at both sides of the evidence and make a final decision. If you can prove your telling the truth chances are you will win it most times, if you can't you will lose. You can either prove what you say or you can't. Or you broke there TOS. I'm not debating paypal needs some work but they clearly don't just pick a random winner lol. I would know I've been dealing with disputes for 10 years, i have a 95% win rate unless the person used someone elses paypal. Pretty much the only time I lose is when someone uses a paypal that isn't theres which is around 5% or less. Why should people use it, they just randomly close accounts it they see you spend "big ammounts", even for a 200$ payment, its a joke company. Sending every payment as friends and family will flag you. Multiple accounts under the same name/IP will flag you. Receiving payments and sending them on straight away will flag you. Receiving payments from already flagged accounts, will flag you. PayPal are very clever, they know exactly how to spot accounts that while not doing anything illegal, are untrustworthy.
