my friend was just arrested last month for physical injury , gun ban, illegal position of fire arms and death threat .
usually local police are corrupts but fortunately , the member of the SWAT who arrested him is a good guy or else he will be facing multiple cases .
ask your brother to surrender and seek help from the officials ( mayor, congressmen or even senators )

its just how unfair our government is. iknow its good that they decreasing the amount of drug addicts but they do it in fishy ways.
