Just advice, always make sure it's working have someone demonstrate it live.. also inspect to see what's going on like say they don't have some process that is waiting for a jpg to open then it runs something so it looks like it's REALLY doing something.

BULL SHIT
@OP, you cant load a binary payload in an image....
Even if you COULD, you wont find it here, and you wont be able to afford the price....

The only way to have your payload in a .jpg image, .txt file, or anything other than a application extension is to have the file .jpg or whatever and have a shortcut file that accesses it.

First you make your file that you want to be ran whichever extension you want it to be, then you also have a shortcut file in the same directory as it. Lets say the first file is server.jpg, make a shortcut and put it in the same folder and lets say that file is mypicture.jpg.lmk (lmk is a shortcut file extension), right click on the shortcut and goto properties now where it says target put "cmd.exe /c server.jpg". Now when the shortcut (mypicture.jpg.lmk) is ran it will run server.jpg as an EXE extension aslong as it is within the same folder. At this point in the shortcuts properties you can change the icon and such to make it a bit more disguised- heres a tip when you are changing the shortcut extensions icon click browse and put C:\Windows\System32\shell32.dll to select from a wide rage of default windows icons.
