Not sure why you decided to trade with this guy when there are plenty of other trusted exchangers -- even ones who will give you a higher rate than this.

As far as I know, staff do not deal with disputes, the whole point of them is to make other people aware. Anybody you make a deal with on HF, do a trust scan / search their UID and see their past deal disputes. This is the a very effective way to prevent scams from reoccurring on the same account so long as people check who they are sending money to.

I used to sell nice stuff on HF.

These days all I can offer you are my services as a software engineer and as a Spanish teacher. The later is a hobby I still enjoy.
