Honest Ways to Make Money Online?

Hello, I'm rather new to this forum and I've seen a lot of people talking about various ways of making money.
So far, I've discovered E whoring (which I will not do), and a bunch of money making eBooks.

I've got a few questions, and if someone could answer them that would be great.

1. Are the eBooks on this site legitimate? By this I mean do they generate any good source of income? I've seen a few with various reviews saying that it works well but I'm not too sure I can trust those reviews.

I'm actively working towards a degree in Computer Science, so I do have programming skills. I know Java, Python, and the basic Web Development stack (HTML, CSS, Javascript). I've made various projects using each of these languages but I found that it's hard to come by freelance work without having an extensive list of online contacts. I have signed up for websites such as Up-work but have not gotten a contract despite submitting like 10-15 requests.

2. Can anyone recommend anywhere to get started with freelance programming work online or just give some advice regarding freelance work?

Thank you!
1. Contact those sellers and ask questions about their ebooks, see if you like the type of work that is required, etc.

After the recent update, all vouches now need to be linked to a contract (meaning no fake vouches, etc).

2. Cold call/email various businesses and offer your services. Upwork, Fiverr and other freelance sites are often times saturated.

There are hundreds of people who know coding, what makes you different? Why should someome hire you instead of the person who knows the same coding language but is $10 cheaper than you?

Do you have any projects that could show how advanced you are in coding. Any testimonials from previous customers who used your coding service?

I'll look into the eBooks, but I'm still wary of them.

As for programming, I do have personal projects on my GitHub that showcase my skills. I haven't sold anything yet so obtaining any testimonials would be hard.
I was thinking of working for free building a client list, and obtaining some feedback which I could use to leverage my work.
As far as pricing goes, I'm willing to work dirt cheap if that means I'll be able to get better work later on.

Upwork and Fiverr are extremely saturated, I learned that the hard way.
Just looking to see if there are some other ways of making money online for some passive or non-passive side income.

I would think twice about pricing your work "dirt cheap".

If I was someone that is looking for a coder, I would definitely avoid people who charge $40 for a $150 (just an example) for a project. It already tells me they don't value they work & time, why should I value it then?

But yes, Fiverr, Upwork, etc are all extremely saturated. I think it's better to just work for free and then ask for a testimonial AND 1 recommendation. If you're coding a tool for a dentist (again, just an example), ask him to recommend you to another dentist or someone who needs an app/program/tool/whatever done.

Yeah I definitely see your logic there. Thanks for all the advice. Really appreciate it!
1- don't ever buy e-books from HF or it's all shitty not working method or require very hard work i won't lose time reading this shit
2- if you wanna build carrier for your self in my opinion you should do free tasks and show it to people or publish it for free let people know you first then start your business and you will doing great i think
1. I've never purchased an ebook in my entire life, but I've received vouch copies and I must say some do work the concept behind them is also interesting to learn.

2. As someone else already mentioned fiverr and upwork will generate you a little income, you already have the html/css/javascript skills put them to use with something basic.

Did you tried the usual freelance websites? I'm sure your skills could be wanted over there
I used to sell nice stuff on HF.

These days all I can offer you are my services as a software engineer and as a Spanish teacher. The later is a hobby I still enjoy.

Pm if interested.

People enjoy shittalking ebooks all day on HF but if you are new to making money online, they are not a bad idea. You may or may not like the methods presented to you in the guide, but after the contract changes I would like to believe most methods are semi decent. Even if you despise the methods, they should give you good insight into tons of different ways to make money online.

Know your worth by the way. Don’t charge slave prices, have some respect for yourself. The only people who would be fine paying cheap prices are the ones who would expect everything to be completed before sending you a penny. If someone is expected to pay first, your cheap price may be a turning point.

Look into audiobooks/“free” paid content as well. First thing you need to find is your motivation to succeed, and learning from very successful people that offer courses such as Tai Lopez and Grant Cardone could benefit you.

As far as programming goes, make some side projects. Nobody wants to purchase off someone that can’t provide examples of work. I know you said you have previous work, but nothing matters unless it is relevant. Even start up your own service on HF.

Edit: I am glad you chose to not ewhore. I’m all about money, but pretending to be a female in order to manipulate men into sending me money is something I’ll never do. Disgusting work. Be honest and you will be successful.
Dont buy any method from famous sellers(By saying famous seller you know what i mean ;) if you Don't understand just research :) Always remember hf is the main income source for them . So stop wasting your precious money here. MY Suggestion is You can try to follow any crypto trading group . Its kinda risky but at least you'll earn some money.

I agree with you, I'm currently looking into working for clients for free in order to build a productive portfolio. Thanks!

As others have said, those freelance websites are highly saturated so they aren't helping at the moment.

I've dabbled in cryptocurrency trading but not to the point where it was a viable source of income. Might take a deeper look into it though. Thanks!
I've used E books as an intro to show what I have to offer. I give them for free to anyone interested as a way to give them value and allow them to learn about what it is I do and what i can offer them. You could certainly sell them as well. There are many angles you can take with an E Book

I'm not looking to sell any eBooks, although thank you for the suggestion. Currently looking into creating free projects to build a portfolio.

Yeah I've found the best way to get your name out there is giving value for free to start. Its tough to work for "nothing" but you have to look at the big picture...you're laying the ground work for something bigger. It has worked for me anyways, may not be a strategy that fits everyone though
