count.cgi exploit

okay - so i have little to no working knowledge of the above-mentioned exploit.  i have google'd everything i can about it but it seems to be a very vague exploit.

so if anyone has some good reading resources or websites which would be able to shed some more light on it,  i would be most grateful.

the cgi is sitting in cgi-sys/count.cgi
never heard of this... Have you found anything atall, like very small detail.
This might help (it doesn't always work though ... it depends on the CGI vulnerability: exploit-CVE-2014-6271
