Hello once again I've been scammed by Riyu

This time I've sent him 30$ PSN and he accepted the deal to be at a 70% BTC rate which should be a 21$ exchange.
I've been constantly spamming him on skype to send me the money that he owes me and so far he has only sent me 8$ out of the 21$.

Until further notice I recommend not dealing with Riyu, because he might be exit scamming.

We had a 1 day expiring date set and we both agreed on terms, it's been 1 hour and the trade would expire.
I have rightfully made a dispute according to the contract agreements beforehand.
