That is not cheap, cheap would be 10% of Face value. Espacially for EDU Credits. For non edu Credits maybe 15%...

10% Face value era gone for the reason of rarity it become now to obtain . I am pretty sure you will not find any other seller around the internet with 10% face value in current time . :)
Is this compatible with Lightsail? I don't see it in the list but Lightsail uses AWS's billing system.
