The section Hacks, Exploits, and Various Discussions is where General Topics should be.

The Rules Announcements and Feedback "Official Information" section is under the Hack Tab.

Nothing else seems out of line.

I though't that was how it was meant to be haha. I think it's a good idea though, it will bring more people to the hacking section which is good.

The "Common" tab was changed to "Life" and now contains the entirety of General Topics and was moved from Tab #1 to Tab #2.

The "Hack" tab was moved from Tab #2 to Tab #1 and it gained Hack Forums Official Information

I'm guessing it's because of "branding". I mean this is "hack forums" after all lol. I agree that the main page should be "hacking" related, plus the front page was a bit confusing for new people trying to figure out all the sections.
