I cant open a dispute.

Hello, I would like to open a thread for the dispute's I opened.

the guy I dealt with opened one but it got closed, and it seems like I can't open a thread by my self.

You have to dispute the contract. If you didn't use one you're out of luck.

Hm. You can DEFINITELY dispute the contract but I will have to make sure there are no permission issues for the deal dispute THREAD being created.
