I think you need to spend $100 to buy vend0r so that you can get unlimited edits.

I have purchased l33t and ub3r in past already and if i will buy vend0r now in 2 years admin will make something new and stop those features to vend0r as well so i will have to pay $1k to get that next upgrade. Doesn't make sense specially if i am doing it for freeware but i think $30 - 40 is fair price specially cause i have purchased ub3r, leet in past and have been old member here.

Untrue. 99% of Vendor features are new and never came with Ub3r. Same with unlimited edits, that stopped a long long time ago due to abuse for Ub3rs.

Yeah but when i purchased l33t/ub3r i saw i was able to make unlimited edits. I don't think you should restrict someone from editing who has been upgraded member, sure you can limit ones who abuse it but just because of 2 - 3 people abusing it's affecting many other people. Maybe don't allow editing in marketplace section for everyone but in free sharing section you can allow it.

Yeah, I have l33t, ub3r, and 3p1c but still, I can't edit a thread. I asked for a price reduction when vend0r was launched but I was told by an admin that it is not going to happen and to deal with it. After all, it's his forum and he has his own profit model.

Complaining about HF policy is a good way to make sure you can't come back on HF.

I imagine when that feature was given to ub3rs it wasn't expected that people would abuse it as much as they did.

What's guarantee that people who have vend0r won't abuse it? and admin would stop feature for them as well and start something new.

Pony up and spend 10$ on a sticky if you really want to edit that thread or simply open up a new one. No need for drama.

I think maybe they should have kept uber upgrade work for year and pay to upgrade it again that would have solved most issues maybe. But yeah i created new thread yesterday itself and issue was solved i was just discussing about new rule. Thanks for all help and i am gonna close this for now.
