Took you long enough, little late to the party but good job for figuring it out just haven’t.
Google Carderprofit.cc, HF was nearly sold to an undercover FBI agent and when he couldn’t get this memberbase the fbi just made their own carding website. London Police have an account here. Wouldn’t be surprised if the fbi/nsa have API access of some kind. Also didn’t help that blackshades got its popularity here. Right from the start I had this feeling that this isn't the place to show off about your Black Hat Activity. I even have seen mentions of this Forum on the Underground Darknet forums.

It's a clearnet forum - if Omni was breaking a law, he'd do his best to fix it and continue on. He does what he can to stop what can't be on HF and that's all he can legally be required to do.
This is a community, not an underground operation where we are targeting things. It's about learning and moving forward.
