Don't bother. HF does not assist with account recoveries.

Sorry but I don't feel sorry for people who don't properly take the precaution to secure their accounts with backups.

You lose your authenticator, that's on you, you get no recoveries.

Even after reading the Help Docs countless times. I didn't come across this. Haha. Thank for this. Time to read it again and again.

Maybe your account cracked or you setup 2FA but you lost your key.
Once i lost my Binance 2FA key, i lost over 0.14 BTC . Just start with new account, nothing you can do here. You can't prove that you didnt sold account / it yours. Even if you provide registration e-mail / registration IP...
Contribute and do trades like u do before, and build up your trust. Thats the best you can do here. :/

OP you should have backups saved just for this issue.
However account recovery is no longer a option.
It’s your responsibility to take care of your account login information.

The IP of the Gauth enable matches your normal account usage. You enabled it about 2 years ago. You didn't backup your key and likely got a new phone or did a reset at some point.

Basically it seems like you've lost the account permanently.
