Considering that tons of people who used the rats are under 18, and possibly used it illegally, you guys still have a choice. to start things off considering the fact that I am in no way a lawyer you should not trust my research or opinion. I was recently contacted by a user (under 18) and was told by him that he was afraid of being raided daily due to the fact that he purchased luminosity. after looking at https://www.justice.gov/sites/default/fi...manual.pdf I can almost guarantee that if you are under 18 and have no past run-ins with the law you should have no problem. I hope I could have helped some people relax and be less paranoid.

If you have no past criminal activity you likely will never be prosecuted for owning or using the rats. Please stay away from ruining your life for stupid shit that you do now. most likely anybody who used luminosity or any other rat on this forum illegally didn't make more than 10 thousand dollars. and personally, 10 thousand dollars are in no way worth me getting arrested.
