What other ECOM types do you have other than dropshipping and wich is most affective

Dropshipping seems like a ecom business that already too much people been doing and seems like it would be very hard to grow big now in this business. What other types of ecommerce do you have and wich do you think is most affective?
I've PM'd you with some information, mistakes I made and the right way to start earning. If anyone else wants the full PM, reply here or PM me.

The big don't of dropshipping:
I want to warn you for is dropshipping+Shopify. I'm sure you'll find some success stories of this, but there is a reason these people succeed. The reason why most businesses that use this business model will fail is that people who try this are impatient, stupid and do no research at all. Sellers expect to advertise their shitty Alieexpress products without any Sales funnel or strategy behind it. Do you really think that people who scroll through Facebook and see your add "Buy this product now for $15" will think: "Yeah I was looking for this and will buy this"? The answer is 'No'. People are not scrolling on Facebook with the idea to buy your shitty products, they want to be informed, persuaded and inspired. If you sell the products without a good strategy/funnel, it's a big waste of money and time. You'll be wasting another 2-3 month and spend money you shouldn't spend.

That's not an answer to my original question.
Anyone some experience in Ecommerce that can give me some answers?
Here's one advice: Nothing is easy. Whether drop shipping or affiliate marketing, everything is "saturated" if you want to call it that way. You won't be the first one in any of these business models. So if you expect to make some money fast, just don't get into it because you're going to lose money. Find something else that's easier but don't expect huge earnings. I don't understand why do you guys expect money without any time and effort invested.

Whatever you're going to start, make sure that's what you really want to do and that you're ready to work your ass off. There can be millions of dropshipping stores and you can still succeed, and it's not that uncommon to see new stores skyrocketing. In the end, it's all about your marketing strategy and your product.
Take King Comm's ecommerce course, and you'll figure your shit out.

It's not as easy as it looks or as it sounds.

Look up YouTubers like Zach Inman, King Comm, Arie Scherson etc.
What is it that you guys are currently doing? I made my own dropshipping store in 2017 and walked away with $7000 profit. I see dropshipping youtubers now and it doesn't appear to be too saturated.

You got two great answers and they're not what you are looking for? Like they said, dropshipping is "saturated" for most people who do the same thing, just put some effort into it and be different and use customer's perspectives in terms of how it looks, everything from the image, copywriting etc. Everything matters, people still do well at it.

I find that most of these gurus you see on YouTube are often selling short-term and terrible products that may get a lot of sales but will slowly but surely decline. Dropshipping is eCommerce. Dropshipping is just a term that you're sending a product directly to the customer instead of sending it from your own warehouse. You realize that there is barely any difference between any store you buy online from and a dropshipping store - except packaging and those kind of things.

I am currently doing very well and by the end of this year I am looking to establish a warehouse eliminating the dropshipping model, increasing ad budget, increasing sales, proper packaging and eventually add more products and hopefully some employees when scaling. There is no 'other type of ecommerce'. Ecommerce is a term in itself about selling something online.

A tip for me to you: When you try to sell or start something, make sure the barrier of entry is high. The harder it is and the more discouraging, there is less competition. There is less competition for us that do eCommerce that know how to do this kind of business because even though it was a 'trend' to dropship, a lot of people tried it and gave up, did the same thing and a huge percentage failed or did it only short-term.

Think long-term, put effort and you'll see results.

I’ve really been trying to get into DropShipping but I haven’t had much luck. Thank everyone for your answers.

They were terrible answers since they din't answer my original question. I wasn't asking how to make dropsipping profitable. I was asking what other ecommerce business other than dropshipping there is to do. I am not intressted in dropshipping, even if it might still be profitable. Please next time read carefully before posting a non-sense answer.

Hey, pm me with the information if you have the time, thanks alot :)
Not sure if this is an answer to you question but I’ve seen people following “what’s in” and then buying the items for cheap off like wish.com and then reselling the item for a slightly higher amount to make a bit of profit. I remember making a bunch off fidget spinners this way lol
