I am unable to give negative ratings to any user, although I can give upto +5, does Vendors not have the power to give negative ratings? I can see that UB3R does have the power to give negative ratings however, again since Ub3r have the power to give -3/+3 Ratings, does having Vendor as side group with ub3r will allow me -5 rating?

Vendor is not necessarily above L33t. It's two completely different usergroups with different purposes.

Agreed, but still doesn't make any sense having+5 access (more than ub3r's +3) but not having any negative rating access. I mean as far as I know to upgrade to both ub3r or vendor needs approval from staff (not sure if ub3r still needs it though)

Nobody can be sure until omni replies himself. All these are just theories.

Its in the list but i can't give it.
