I sent the user 42.5$ + 42.5$ in cashapp weeks ago and he is refusing to pay me for the balance in bitcoin or send my balance to cashapp i told him to send it too if he didnt want it.

User thought i would be sending from my own cashapp and that was a misunderstanding since i was selling something on reddit a a legit guy with legit cashapp, i am at fault in this and as he mentioned i should not receive same % as we agreed beforehand but user told me he will not refund anything when clearly in proof you can see he got the payments and agreed to have gotten the payments.
If he had such a problem with it i even agreed to let him refund to the same cashapp account it came from but he refused and started making excuses how my dispute isnt valid even though he scammed me with full purpose of scamming me, as at that time he got banned on hf for a little while and i kept messaging him on discord but he didnt respond, gave him benefit of the doubt as he was trusted...

We then argued as he said he wanted me to send from my personal account and said that 59.5 failed

i confronted him on hackforums and he said reason he scammed me is cause i didnt send from my personal account, and basically agreed he got the paymetns and isnt planning to pay me

If needed i wil screenshot that the payment was sent from other side but i think it is visible here that he received it and is refusing to pay for it

Doesn't surprise me. He was using the same discord he used on his previous account (SoulStream) on which he also scammed for 200$.

I would like to add two things:

1. Before dealing, I asked Themis if the Cashapp he was sending me was from his personal account or if he was using my cashapp as an interface to accept payment from his customers.



I only buy Cashapp from personal, verified accounts. The purpose of me asking these questions was because I didn't want dirty money in my account.

I have had problems before where money was sent to me from blackhat activity which resulted in the closure of my accounts. I'm no longer able to use the app Venmo anymore because of this: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5936159

I thought it all was going to be fine until I was sent Cashapp from three different accounts with the note: "Reddit" and "Payment."
Themis claims all of these payments were his, which would be impossible if his money was from his personal account.

He later admitted to lying to me about his money and even mentions that he's not even from the United States! Cashapp with USD is only available in the United States...

2. The contract you are disputing is not even the transaction you're accusing me of "scamming" you for.

It was for $59.5, not $50 or $42.5. "You" sent me money before even making a contract, therefore this dispute is invalid.

I am not surprised, Sword is a LQ member and deserves to be banned. Everyone should avoid dealing/exchanging with this member.

Yes, he also spent months selling another guys ebooks with his mentoring package, he didn't even take the time to rename the books!
He also scammed a guy in PornFlake's app chat, and thus removed from their community. Deal with extreme caution, Sword is not to be trusted at any cost!

Glad you guys could resolve this! scamming for pennies like this is just embarrassing to one's self-worth 😏 I would be surprised if it was never returned
