From what I can tell, it seems that the range for rewards on each job varies. The range is not the same, and changes based on each job you do.

I am going to do more testing to find out whether it increases or decreases based on the success rate, likely the success rate is not used as a factor. But worth a shot, these randomized ranges for rewards makes it a lot harder to calculate / reverse so to speak.

Well done @xerotic, @steve you guys got me triggered now

I think it would be awesome if the cooldown was also randomized with a range between X & Y amount of time. Would make it all that much harder to decide which is more worth your time, given the battery recharge rate and many other factors to take in account.

By the way guys. I can't seem to use my hatpicker.exe , it gives an blank UI instead when I click on use software.

It seems like other players have been able to use it. Any extensions or ad block possibly blocking elements on the page?

Thank you! That is exactly why it did not appear for me aswell. Disabled ad blocker and it appeared

After some more testing I have noticed that the XP and Cash earned, the random generated reward between the range that is likely set in place (or also randomly generated) is not related what so ever. You can hit high on the XP range but low on the cash range for the same job.

Very elaborate system compared to before if I must say so myself :D

No adblocker here, but im on mobile. Dont know if thats what causes the problem.

Update for Crews:

You should now have the ability to manage crew invites (owners and potential crew members) in GameCP. The Crews stuff can be accessed by clicking the icon to the left of the battery icon.
