Yes, fully autopilot, a python script. You just place the download for the stub and it will be injected and executed in to a range of IPs. It by passes the security of the server (exploit in security, thus exploit) and has not been used yet (thus 0day) and it being to private and unknown as it was developed by me is the reason it is so expensive.
