The amount has been fully paid, however he only deliveres one userbar instead of two. Communication with him is a pain in the ass, I already messaged him one week ago that I'm still waiting for the second userbar to be delivered. He said he thought the job was already done and apparently we had some miscommunication.
After solving those he said it would be easy to deliver the second userbar as promised. However, 8 days later, I still haven't received anything and he doesn't reply anymore on his prefered communication messenger: discord.

10 days later I sent him the remaining 50% as mentioned in the contract, his work was halfway done.

Same shit happened last time. #Doge seems to do this commonly, do a job halfway (and a good job), and then just forget about the other half until someone opens dispute.

he resolved it last time it happened, but he didn't resolve the 1st time it happened it seems.

I'm sure that #Doge will deliver after all. Delays are something that people don't want but you'll have to be patient and receive a great userbar.

Due to lack of communication I have enough of being patient. I also heard he's even taking new orders from new clients (a friend of me) - all this is unacceptable and I hope HF finally does something against him. I hope making a contract with him was worth it and is not letting me down

He won't be banned just because he hasn't responded within a few days. Just keep trying to talk to him about the situation. If he doesn't wish to complete the job request half of the money back since you paid for two userbars.

'No my friend. The days of no contract were worse where staff do not get involve. Now, because of the contract and how it works when a deal is disputed, you can expect staff would prolly see it and close whoever is deemed to have scammed under the contract system.
