It can work for multiple accounts concurrently yes, but at time of purchase is for 1 account.
And previously locked accounts yes, but it won't work for banned accounts sorry buddy

Our app doesn't support this feature stock but can happily share a little trick with you that lets you accomplish this :)

EDIT: Apart from saving, our app does not support saving stories and we won't be able to help you with this.. but we can help view stories & dm's without the sender noticing.

if i purchase your app for one username android,and that account gets banned (in theory) can i use your app on another acc if i remove the previous one or do i have to buy again?
