I highly suggest moving forward with your transactions on the site, never to use Shitcord especially when dealing with transactions.

There is no reason for people to speak off-site especially for a currency exchange, it's quick and simple, can be handled entirely in PM.

This is pretty misleading asf. The scammer (being a lowlife) lied on the dispute + opened a dispute on Dexter too, so I assumed it was resolved, but turns out he's just plain broke to be scamming for $20-$50

Yup , He scammed me . Also few more HF users Were Scammed by him . I believe HF Should me More Strict for SCAMMERS .
Scammers Profile should be BANNED from HF .

They are usually banned when the user keeps on scamming.
Lying on disputes is another thing though, I assumed all scam reports were resolved or shit before dealing.
